Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

As a Labs Project Manager I, you will:

**Lead and manage lab projects** from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.**Develop detailed project plans** to monitor and track progress, using established approaches to determine project achievements and deliverables.**Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors** for the flawless execution of projects.**Ensure resource availability and allocation** strictly adhere to project requirements.**Be the primary contact** for all project collaborators, facilitating communication and encouraging collaboration to achieve project success.**Perform risk management** to minimize project risks and promptly address any issues that arise.**Build and maintain comprehensive project documentation**, including plans, reports, and records.**Measure project performance** using appropriate tools and techniques to successfully implement solutions and achieve project goals.Education:Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Life Sciences, Engineering, or Project Management, or equivalent experience.

Experience:

**Proven experience in project management**, with a minimum of 3 years managing lab projects or similar initiatives.**Strong knowledge of project management tools and software**, such as Microsoft Project, Asana, or equivalent.**Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills**, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.**Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously**, competing priorities, and strict deadlines.**Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities**, with a keen attention to detail.**PMP or other relevant project management certification** is a plus.**Experience working in a scientific or healthcare environment** is highly desirable.
