- Solid Business Analysis capabilities  (specially requirement elicitation)

• Lead customer-facing roles on professional services engagements.
• Team leadership: directing, motivating, coaching, mentoring and interviewing.
• Labware / labvantage hands on experience is must.
• Agile development methodology such as SCRUM or Kanban.
