Relationship Management:

Maintain high client, customer, and user satisfaction with services provided, measured through quarterly KPIs and satisfaction surveys.Ensure effective integration of PDS, OP, and IFM Operations across all sites to ensure seamless delivery to the client and drive a one-team mentality. Drive superior performance through excellent people management Interface and develop relationships with peers in other regions and functions to ensure consistent delivery of global initiatives and practicesManage the performance and outcomes of assigned staff reporting to the position.

Compliance:

Achieve contractual requirements and account annual goals, including but not limited to work order management metrics and all contractual KPI goals.Provide overall facility services per accounts’ standard processes and procedures, including applying policies and programs and coordinating information.Ensure compliance with portfolio-wide initiatives and required local, state, and federal laws and regulations that pertain to the operating of facilities entrusted to the Facility Partners to manage on behalf of the client as owner.

Process Management:

Manage, coordinate, and exercise functional responsibility for Facility Management services within assigned facilities and geography.Deliver regional/site/SBG operational budgets, including delivering contractual savings targets, measured by achieving annual budget targets and monthly/quarterly budget adherence targets as prescribed.Support prompt collection of management fees and reimbursements from 3rd party tenants occupying space with the accounts’ owned premises.Ensure understanding of contract requirements across the organization.

People Management:

Responsible for overall team management, staff development, and planning.  Execute staff succession and growth plans.Involved in the compensation planning process.For every direct report, build actionable and measurable career development plans; direct report in consistent conversations regarding progress.

Additional Responsibilities & Skills:

Strong leadership and relationship-building skillsStrong interpersonal skills and problem-solving abilityExcellent verbal/written communication and presentation skillsProven record of providing excellent internal and external customer serviceKnowledge of standard business and accounting practicesKnowledge of Excel and ability to analyze dataAbility to be on-site five days a week.Any and all other duties and tasks assigned.

Estimated total compensation for this position:

160,000.00 – 215,000.00 USD per year

The total compensation range is an estimate and not guaranteed. An employment offer is based on an applicant's education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, internal equity and alignment with market data .
