Your role and responsibilities
1. Demonstrate the ability to satisfactorily perform in one (1) Lam / Die Cast work center within a twelve (12) month period.2. Ability to receive and understand verbal and written technical instructions and respond in English.3. The ability to read and interpret information from prints, factory orders, routings and other internal documentation in hard copy or electronic formats.4. Function safely in an industrial manufacturing setting where factory physical conditions exist, including shift work as required.5. Attendance and punctuality to company standards.6. Use the overhead crane/hoist.7. Use appropriate gauges and measuring devices.8. Meet quality and productivity requirements.9. Follow lock out/tag out and other safety procedures.
Qualifications for the roleHigh school diploma or GED required. Able to measure in inches and fractions using a steel rule or tape. Previous mechanical experience, including blueprint reading preferred.
