**Job Title: Lamination Operator**
**Job Description**
The Lamination Operator is responsible for laminating pressure-sensitive adhesives to materials such as foam, sponge, rubber, and plastics. You will review design specifications and set up the machine according to these parameters. Responsibilities include loading products into the machine, controlling pressure, and threading materials. Each job will require a new setup.
**Responsibilities**
+ Set up and monitor the machine process to ensure quality products.
+ Ensure productivity goals are met by monitoring run speeds, setup times, and coordinating with support departments.
+ Troubleshoot and correct problems.
+ Communicate with other departments to resolve mechanical problems, report defective materials, coordinate job preparations, and manage changeovers.
+ Maintain accurate and timely production reporting.
+ Follow safety standards and maintain a safe work environment.
+ Occasionally operate forklifts (both gas and electric).
+ Assist in other areas as needed.
**Essential Skills**
+ 1-3 years of lamination experience is preferred.
+ Ability to use hand and power tools (mechanically inclined).
+ Mathematical ability.
+ Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
+ Proficient with computers, including Microsoft Excel, Word, and ERP systems such as Epicor.
+ Ability to stand for long periods of time.
+ Ability to lift 50 lbs.
+ Team player who is self-motivated.

+ Machine operating experience.
+ Mechanical skills.
+ Troubleshooting skills.
+ Good attitude and willingness to help grow the company culture.
