Work interactively with Area & Division Presidents and Vice President of Land to assess the feasibility of potential land purchases.Manage entitlement and site selection, due diligence review, underwriting, and approvals for proposed new land acquisitions.Network with developers, brokers, landowners, and other builders to determine new land opportunities for DWH.Maintain a high level of visibility in the home building business, actively participating in the community, civic and business organizations pertinent to the industry.Manage and oversee the development of active projects from acquisition to lot delivery (100% owned projects).Visit each newly presented opportunity and evaluate how this opportunity fits with DWH business plan.
