Land Development Manager
Our client is seeking a dynamic detail oriented who has completed a substantial amount of residential land lots. 10+ Years in the Real Estate - Development space.
Bachelor's Degree preferred

Responsibilities:
• Overseeing the completion of residential land lots. • Managing land development projects from initiation to completion. • Engaging in detailed planning and coordination of projects to ensure timely and efficient completion. • Utilizing a deep understanding of residential real estate to guide project development. • Collaborating with a diverse team to ensure project goals and objectives are met. • Leveraging industry knowledge to navigate potential challenges and opportunities within the residential real estate sector. • Ensuring all projects adhere to necessary regulations and quality standards. • Maintaining clear and consistent communication with all stakeholders regarding project status and progress. • Conducting regular reviews and updates of project plans to accommodate any necessary changes or adjustments. • Using strategic decision-making skills to drive project success and achieve organizational goals. Requirements • Must possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in the field of Land Development
• Proven experience in managing Residential Real Estate projects is required
• Demonstrated ability to handle multiple Land Development Projects simultaneously
• Excellent knowledge of land acquisition, design, and civil engineering
• Strong negotiation and relationship building skills
• Proficient in relevant software and technology for land development and project management
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Real Estate, Urban Planning, or related field preferred
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Must be able to manage project budgets effectively
• Must have a deep understanding of local zoning, planning, and building codes.
