Land Development Site Manager
Job Description Perform Take-offs and estimates for all Lot Condition cost items  Create and monitor project specific Lot Condition budgets  Conducts Quarterly reviews of all lot condition budgets to ensure adherence to project schedule and budget  Assist Resource Planning with resolving issues related to House Location Plans and Lot Condition to ensure construction cycle times are minimized  Review lot design documents, site plans, improvement plans and plats against Pulte standards for accuracy.  Review lot condition spend and approval of any variance to budget  Problem solve all lot layout and lot conditions issues.  Monitor construction implementation of design lot specifications specifically related to lot conditions estimates and designs.  Identify House vs Lot condition items to ensure house budget accuracy  Assist Procurement with buyout of foundation and lot grading categories  Perform various special projects as requested by VP / Director of Development and Construction  Utilizes recruiting and selection tools/processes to build organizational talent  Delegates work according to employees abilities and skills  Evaluates employees performance and plans for compensation actions in accordance with that performance  Provides developmental opportunities through identification of internal and external training opportunities  Creates opportunities for employee growth  Provides continuous coaching with regard to functional and leadership standards (technical skills and behaviors)  Fosters a culture conducive to Company principals.
