From discovering land to developing new communities, you’ll work closely with the Sales, Construction and Finance teams at Pulte Homes. You will also collaborate with officials from local municipalities, professional consultants, legal counsel and land development contractors. In our World-Class training program, you will learn the land development process and focus this knowledge into creating unique living environments, thus continuing to enhance Pulte Homes’ respected image around the world.  

JOB SUMMARY:
Primarily responsible for managing the bond exoneration and turnover process as related to final project close out.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Coordinate with municipalities and other government agencies (as required) to complete any/all obligations for project bond exonerationCoordinate with Homeowner Associations (as required) to achieve final acceptance of physical improvements to be owned and operated by the HOAManage and coordinate engineers, consultants, inspectors, HOA representatives, trade contractors, project residents and master developers (as required) to conduct the final turnover process to achieve final/formal acceptanceProcess and track any/all necessary documentation associated with the final turnover processSolicit cost proposals and setup vendors (as required) associated with the final turnover processManage vendor contracts and invoicesAssess vendor progress and performance   Coordinate and track project timelines associated with project close-out/turnover processFacilitate interdepartmental coordination between disciplines within Division, as necessary. Specifically with Land, Construction, Customer Care and Sales.

REQUIRED EDUCATION:

Minimum Bachelor Degree in Business, Construction Management Engineering, Land Planning, or equivalent preferredValid Driver’s license is required.  Driving throughout division boundaries in Southern California is an essential function for this position2-4 years in Project Management, Land Planning, Land Development Construction, Landscape Construction or equivalent preferred

PAY RANGE:

$104,200 - $130,200 per yearHired applicant will be eligible for annual bonus
