Land Surveyor
Job Description:
The Land Surveyor will be responsible for conducting surveys to determine the precise locations of boundaries, elevations, and structures. This role involves utilizing advanced surveying equipment and techniques, preparing reports, and collaborating with project managers and engineers to ensure the successful execution of projects.
We are looking for a highly skilled individual with experience in surveying, reports, topography, mapping, construction surveys and GIS mapping.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct land surveys using advanced surveying equipment (e.g., GPS, total stations, and laser scanners).Prepare site plans, maps, and reports based on survey data.Analyze survey data and perform calculations to determine property boundaries and topography.Collaborate with engineers, architects, and construction teams to provide accurate survey information.Ensure compliance with legal requirements and regulations related to land use and development.Review and interpret legal documents, such as property deeds and titles.Provide on-site support and guidance during construction activities as needed.Work Experience
Requirements:
At least 1 year experience in Land Surveying.
