Key Responsibilities: + Hybrid Work Setup: Enjoy the flexibility of a hybrid work environment, combining on-site data collection with remote analysis and planning. + Collect field data for survey preparation using advanced surveying equipment and software. + Utilize reports, maps, drawings, engineering plans, and aerial photographs to assess project needs and develop effective project approaches. + Assist in recovering survey control and monumentation, performing construction layout, obtaining invert and subsurface utility information, and photo documentation of project areas. + Recommend innovative approaches and ideas to continuously enhance efficiency and the quality of services performed. Essential Skills: + Topographic, Boundary, and Utility Survey Expertise: 2+ years of experience in topographic, boundary, utility surveys, construction layout, and GPS. + Software Proficiency: Familiarity with AutoCAD and other relevant software. + Regulatory Knowledge: Understanding of current local, state, and surveying regulations. + Technical Skills: Strong CAD and computer skills (Word, Excel, AutoCAD, Terramodel, Carlson, etc.). + Analytical Ability: Proficient mathematical skills and excellent analytical and judgment capabilities. + Attention to Detail: Strong focus on precision and the ability to multi-task effectively. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
