Job Title: Survey Party Chief
Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Survey Party Chief to join our team. This role involves field surveying for residential and commercial projects, including topographical surveys, boundaries, and construction layouts. You will also perform land record research, download/upload survey data into AutoCAD, and draft in AutoCAD/Civil 3D.

ResponsibilitiesConduct field surveying for residential and commercial projects.Perform topographical surveys, boundary surveys, and construction layouts.Conduct land record research.Download and upload survey data into AutoCAD.Draft surveys in AutoCAD/Civil 3D.Operate Trimble instruments, Trimble data collectors, and GNSS systems.Essential Skills3-5 years of experience in land surveying.Experience with boundary surveying, construction layouts, and topographical surveys.Familiarity with Trimble instruments, Trimble data collectors, and GNSS systems.Proficiency with AutoCAD and Civil 3D.Experience running a survey crew.Additional Skills & QualificationsAbility to manage and lead a survey team.Excellent communication and organizational skills.Work Environment

You will be working full-time in an office environment with a small firm of 8-9 people. Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $40.00
