We help seniors Age Magnificently in our 69-unit apartment-style community providing Assisted Living, Independent Living, and Memory Care services. Shifts Available: Full Time, Mon-Fri, 9:00am-5:30pm, holiday rotation required.
Wage: $17.50+, depending on experience.

In this position, you will be responsible for greeting visitors to the facility through all communication. Duties include:
Create a welcoming environment by greeting all residents, tenants, visitors and staff. Guide and direct guests, tenants, and residents to appropriate rooms as needed. Answer multiple line telephones in a polite, professional manner. Assist with typing, filing, ancillary input, payroll and distribution of mail, accounts payable and personnel files. Assist with the business office functions including administrative support.Preferred Qualifications:
High school graduate or equivalent. Related administrative experience at a level necessary to accomplish the job is preferred. Must be able to relate professionally, positively, and cooperatively with residents, resident’s families, and employees. Must possess advanced computer skills.Benefits:
