Job Description

The Project Landscape Architect is responsible for planning and designing a wide range of outdoor spaces and site development plans. They combine artistic and technical skills to ensure aesthetically pleasing and functional design solutions.• Research, review, and interpret local Zoning, Subdivision & Land Development ordinances• Perform site layout, grading, and road design within AutoCAD C3D (or the ability to oversee this aspect with a drafter/designer)• Understanding of utility layout, profiling, and detailing for gravity sanitary sewer and water systemsEducation: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Landscape ArchitectureExperience: Entry level
