Job Title: Landscape Architect
Job Description

Perform landscape architecture design under the close supervision of a senior landscape architect, including hardscape detailing and grading with AutoCAD Civil 3D. Participate in project-related meetings to coordinate activities and communicate effectively. Assist with the preparation of landscape architecture deliverables including models, drawings, and other project-related documentation. Participate in field surveys, condition assessments, and site investigations. Perform construction administration-related tasks including submittal review, responding to RFIs, and observation of construction-related activities.

The office environment is open-plan, fostering a collaborative atmosphere. You will work closely with a team of landscape architects and civil engineers in a production-based role. The office is located in Darien and offers ample parking, including preferred spots for hybrid vehicles. The building is LEED Platinum certified, ensuring a sustainable work environment. The dress code is business professional from Monday to Thursday, slightly less formal on Friday, which is also a half-day. Standard work hours are Monday to Thursday 7:30 AM - 5:30 PM and Friday 7:30 AM - 11:30 AM. Employees enjoy six standard holidays off and three weeks of PTO, including one week for sick time. The company focuses on various project types, including parks, recreation centers, and K-12 education.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $33.00 - $38.00
