Job Title: Landscape Architect
Job Description

Perform landscape design and land planning assignments. Utilize AutoCAD for drafting of plans, working drawings, and graphics. Accurately calculate areas, densities, and quantities. Perform cost estimates for landscape designs and perform landscape site evaluations and installation verifications. Provide design support to our project management team through hand-rendering, AutoCAD, Photoshop, and 3D graphic production. Coordinate with the design team and other consultants.

This position is open due to a stable backlog of work. The company has about 24 employees, including 4 PM's on the design side and 10 landscape designers/architects focusing on production work. You will be in the office 75% of the time and in the field for the remainder. You will use your own vehicle for site visits and receive mileage reimbursement. Fieldwork will include CQA tasks. The company offers opportunities to work and learn from various PM's, with potential growth into a PM role. Projects include 25% development, 15% municipal, and the rest residential communities. Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $31.25 - $36.00/hr.
