Position Overview: The Landscape Construction Project Manager is responsible for overseeing the landscape construction process from inception to completion. This individual will ensure projects are completed on time, are cost effective, adhere to safety standards, and are of the highest quality. The Landscape Construction Project Manager will work closely with contractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure projects are completed to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement plans to execute all aspects of landscape construction projects Manage project budgets and timelines to ensure all projects are completed on time and within budget Ensure projects adhere to safety standards and regulations Maintain accurate records of all project materials, labor, and costs Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure projects are completed to the highest standards Develop and maintain relationships with potential and current clients Conduct site visits to verify project progress and quality Provide regular progress updates to clients and other stakeholders

Qualifications:

A minimum of 5 years of experience in landscape construction and/or project management Knowledge of trees and arborist techniques Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong organizational and problem-solving skillsBenefits
