**Landscape Construction Superintendent**
**Location: Maltby, WA**
**Salary Range: $80,000 - $85,000**
Our client is seeking a skilled **Landscape Construction Superintendent** to lead our on-site teams and manage landscape construction projects from start to finish. This role requires strong leadership, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to maintain high standards of safety, quality, and efficiency.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ **Team Leadership:** Supervise project foremen and crews, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure quality and accuracy in all work activities.
+ **Project Coordination:** Develop daily, weekly, and project-level work plans with the Project Manager to meet project timelines and budgets.
+ **Compliance & Safety:** Enforce all safety regulations, manage inspections, and ensure compliance with municipal codes and permits. Provide safety training and conduct toolbox talks.
+ **Client Relations:** Maintain relationships with owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, vendors, and clients. Coordinate meetings and resolve issues as they arise.
+ **Irrigation Expertise:** Design and build irrigation systems, including conventional and two-wire systems, ensuring they meet contract specifications and quality standards.
+ **On-Site Management:** Maintain orderly job sites, document redline drawings, approve timecards, and handle punch list items.
**Qualifications:**
+ Extensive knowledge of irrigation design and installation.
+ Proven experience managing subcontractors, crews, and project schedules.
+ Ability to read and implement contract specifications and construction drawings.
+ Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
+ Experience in hardscape installation, retaining walls, planting, and low-voltage lighting.
**Physical Requirements:**
+ Frequently standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
+ Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and extended hours when necessary.
+ Proficient in computer use and able to differentiate between colors and products.
