**Landscape Designer $70k-100k** **Job Duties** + Sales (Hardscape & Softscape) + Design landscape projects (Hardscape & Softscape) + Meeting with clients to discuss landscaping ideas, creating estimates for labor, and establishing budgets, present design plans to clients + Prepare site plans, specifications, and cost estimates + Coordinate the arrangement of existing and proposed land features and structures + Prepare graphic representations of proposed plans using 3D or landscape design software or computer-aided design and drafting (CADD) software + Select appropriate materials for use in landscape designs + Analyze environmental reports on land conditions, such as drainage and energy usage + Inspect landscape work sites to ensure that it adheres to original plans + Get contracts signed and collect down payments + Communicate plan and design to the installation teams + Do final walk through with clients + Meet specified sales goals + Manage installation projects from start to finish & make sure teams are on or under budget time + Ensuring that customers are completely satisfied through effective communication, relationship building and regular site visits + Scheduling new projects for completion + Writing up any change orders + Project work as assigned **About Aerotek:** We know that finding work is hard, and finding meaningful work is harder.
