System One is working with a full-service landscape firm for Greater Houston, that is looking to hire a Landscape Designer/Project Manager.  Must have 1-3 years experience in a similar Designer/PM role Must have excellent customer service skills.  Valid Driver's License and willingness to travel throughout greater Houston to meet with prospective clients and manage active projects Prepare and present proposals for all aspects of each project Conduct site analysis and gather necessary measurements for each project as well as preparation for existing site conditions Analyze and monitor installation budgets; manage each project with efficiency and expectation of a final cost review Proficiency in AutoCAD Experience using Land F/X preferred
