Job Title: Landscape Foreman

$30-$40/hr

Description of Duties:

● Manage multiple construction sites simultaneously, ensuring high-quality standards and

professional presentation.

● Create exceptional client experiences by exceeding expectations and ensuring effective

communication among employees and subcontractors.

● Execute projects in accordance with approved plans, specifications, and building codes.

● Prepare cost estimates, purchase orders, and change orders for the Project

Management Office.

● Collaborate with the Project Team to develop and maintain schedules that meet

milestones and deadlines.

● Lead Project Teams to identify opportunities and manage risks, optimizing scope, quality,

schedule, and financial targets.

● Oversee the procurement process while accurately tracking and reporting project

finances, including subcontractors and materials.

● Support the Project Team through coaching and professional development, facilitating

daily huddles and weekly meetings.

● Foster a healthy, positive work environment that aligns with our corporate culture.

● Set up projects administratively by utilizing current internal processes and tools.

● Engage in project and planning meetings, anticipating stakeholder needs and proactively

identifying solutions.

● Manage and instruct site workers, set their schedules, and monitor performance.

● Ensure strict adherence to health and safety guidelines.

● Conduct regular site inspections and promptly address any potential hazards

MUST HAVE:

● Minimum of 5 years managing landscape construction projects in the industry.

● Proficiency with project management software and current technology.

● Proficiency in using software and spreadsheets with attention to detail.

● Experience with landscape installation techniques and reading architectural plans.
