Landscape Foreman Summary: This role involves overseeing daily operations, ensuring work is completed safely and efficiently, and maintaining high-quality service standards. The ideal candidate will have experience in tree care, landscaping, and crew management. Duties/Responsibilities: + Supervise and lead a team of tree service and landscaping professionals. + Operate and maintain landscaping and tree service equipment (chainsaws, chippers, stump grinders, etc.). + Manage daily work schedules, oversee job site inspections, and provide expert recommendations for tree care and landscaping tasks. + Ensure all safety protocols and industry standards are followed on job sites. + Track project progress, resolve issues, ensure timely completion, and maintain detailed records of work, materials, and crew hours. + Train crew members on proper techniques, equipment handling, and safety procedures. + Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide excellent customer service. Requirements: + Minimum 2-3 years in tree service, landscaping, or a similar role. + Knowledge of tree trimming, pruning, removals, stump grinding, and general landscaping. + Experience with chainsaws, climbing gear, chippers, skid steers, and other tree service machinery. + Understanding of OSHA regulations, PPE requirements, and best practices in tree care. + Valid Driver’s License (CDL Preferred). + Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in all weather conditions.
