Miller Brother Staffing has the immediate need of an experienced Landscape Laborer for Lebanon County area.

Pay Rate – $15-$17 per hour

Shift:   Monday-Friday 6:30am or 7am start – finish time will vary based on demands
(Candidates should expect to work 10 hour days)
Overtime:          Yes, built in OT and possible work on Saturdays occasionally

Job Description/Duties Daily preparation of trucks, equipment, and inventory Load all tools, gas, & other necessary equipment/materials.  Secure all equipment safely.  Help as necessary.  Work with other crew members to make sure the daily checklist is being completed such as checking truck oil, fluids, tire pressure, proper trailer connection, and all lights are in working condition. Perform mowing, lawn care, and maintenance tasks on clients’ properties. Work in conjunction with supervisor/crew to ensure the work contracted is implemented efficiently and according to the contracted specifications.  Provide labor associated with the installation of landscapes, mowing and maintenance of all lawns & garden beds. Perform all tasks of operations including but not limited to mowing, trimming, blowing, leaf and debris removal, weeding, edging, hedging, raking, mulch installation and snow removal. Report all accidents/incidents to Supervisor immediately.
Requirements: Minimum of 18 years of age 0-2 years verifiable professional experience in landscape and lawn maintenance preferred but not required Reliable transportation. Ability to lift 50 lbs. and tolerate the physical demands of outdoor labor to include standing, bending, squatting, kneeling, working in all-season weather to include extreme temperatures and elements.
