Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Landscape Project Manager. The ideal candidate will have proficiency in AutoCAD, Sketchup, and MS Office, and the ability to produce high-quality graphics and computerized models in Lumion. This role involves overseeing landscape design projects, managing construction documentation, and coordinating directly with clients, architects, and estimating staff.
ResponsibilitiesProduce and oversee drawings in AutoCADSign and seal zoning and construction permitsLead design projects, particularly in the resort and hotel industriesManage and delegate tasks to junior landscape architect staffParticipate in design and construction meetingsWrite and present proposals and estimates for clientsEnsure deadlines are met and verify the accuracy of workMaintain strong communication and organizational skillsWork collaboratively in a team environmentEngage in client interactions and meetingsEssential Skills
Proficiency and self sufficient in AutoCAD . Has to be able to produce and over see drawings
Architecture License- need zoning and construction and permit - Needs to sign and seal drawings
Design Lead or has a proven track record of their design ability.
Experience in designing Resort Industries or all Inclusive resorts Amenities, Hotels. (Drawing of those projects types will be strong considered)
Experience with Client interactions/meetings and be able to delegate and distribute the work to junior landscape architect staff.
Has to able to multi-task internally with the team and externally with the clients.
Experience writing and presenting proposals and estimates (Cost sheets) for clients

This role requires working in the office five days a week, with office hours from 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM. The work environment includes a new 30,000 sq ft building with a fabrication business, offering opportunities for growth and interaction with exclusive clients.
