The Landscaper position is responsible for grounds and facilities landscaping.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Trim trees and shrubsPick up clippings from trimmingRemove and plant shrubsPick up storm damage debris and branchesApply fertilizer, mulch, and other planting materialsSpread rockPull weedsRemove stumpsIrrigation repairsRake up leaves and clippingsOther duties as required

QUALIFICATIONS:

Must have basic landscape knowledge or be willing to learnEstablish and maintain a cordial and effective working relationship with fellow employeesMust be able to handle frequent kneeling, bending, digging, squatting, pulling, etc.Must be able to lift over 50 poundsMust be able to use a shovel, pick axe, planting bar, rake, and other landscape equipmentMust be able to tolerate natural elements (heat, sun, wind, rain) for extended periods of time
