**Job Title: Laser Machine Operator** **Job Description** We are looking to hire Laser Machine Operators who can operate CNC machines such as mills or lathes. The role involves completing quality checks to ensure the products produced are accurate and operating various manual machines and presses. **Responsibilities** + Operate CNC machines including mills and lathes. + Perform setup and operation of Laser machines, presses, and manual machines. + Conduct quality checks to ensure the accuracy of the products produced. + Read and interpret blueprints and schematics. + Perform routine maintenance on machines. **Essential Skills** + Experience in CNC machine operation. + Proficiency in operating mills and/or lathes. + Ability to read blueprints and schematics. + Experience with routine maintenance of machines. + Capability to work within small tolerances. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience with laser machine setup and operation is preferred. + Knowledge of manual machine and press operation. **Why Work Here?** Join a medium-sized local machine shop in Boise, Idaho, offering consistent work hours and overtime opportunities. The shop has tight quarters in some areas and newer CNC machines. The shift for this position is a **DAY-SHIFT** position. The dress code requires work clothes such as jeans, t-shirts, closed-toed shoes, and face masks. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Boise, Idaho **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $23.00 Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
