**Laser Cutting Machine Operator** **Job Description** + Perform typical laser cutting operations. + Select proper cutting programs and fixtures. Establish proper stop location and adjust the laser beam focal point. + Set up and operate laser cutting machines to cut materials as per job specifications. + Perform prescribed maintenance as required. + Conduct dimensional inspections and report defective materials or questionable conditions to the supervisor. + Adjust machine settings to ensure precise cuts, including speed, power, and focus. + This role involves working in a dynamic environment where precision and attention to detail are crucial. **Hard Skills** + Ability to interpret technical drawings + Blueprints + CAD files + Adjust machine settings **Soft Skills** + Attention to detail + Precision **Job Type** This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 4 Month(s). **Work Site** This is a fully on-site position in Pacoima, California. **Work Environment** Exposure to fumes or airborne particles, moving mechanical parts, and vibration. Noise levels can be loud. Physical demands include standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling, and climbing all day.
