Laser Operator

**Aerotek is hiring for multiple CNC Laser Operators!**
The CNC Laser Operator will work in the fabrication department to supply materials for the press brake department.
**Responsibilities**
+ Operate CNC machines as a machine operator.
+ Understand and apply knowledge of metal fabrication.
+ Read and understand blueprints and other shop drawing aids.
+ Utilize a crane to move sheets of steel to the bed of the laser machine.
+ Unload parts from the laser bed.
+ Maintain safe operations by adhering to safety procedures and regulations.
**Essential Skills**
+ Experience working on CNC machines as a machine operator.
+ Knowledge of metal fabrication.
+ Ability to read and understand blueprints and other shop drawing aids.
+ Experience with laser operation, sheet metal, and machine operation.
+ Ability to troubleshoot and inspect parts during the fabrication process.

**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00
