Your Role: Laser Operator

As a Laser Operator, you will be responsible for:

Operating CNC laser cutting machines to precision standardsLoading raw materials using a crane or forkliftSetting machine parameters to ensure optimal performancePerforming operator-level maintenance to keep machines running smoothlyInspecting and cleaning parts after cutting to ensure quality

What we’re looking for:

Prior experience operating CNC laser cutting machines is preferred but not requiredStrong attention to detail and qualityAbility to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environmentMotivation to learn and grow with the company

Work Experience

The preferred candidate might:

- 2+ years experience with laser cutting machines or similar CNC machinery

- High school diploma or GED

- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

- Experience operating overhead crane and forklifts

- Knowledge of general measurement devices
