Kforce has a client in Bedminster, NJ that is seeking a Laser Pro Loan Closer. We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Commercial Loan Closer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial lending processes and proficiency in using Laser Pro software. The Laser Pro Loan Closer will be responsible for managing the loan closing process, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and facilitating smooth transactions from approval to funding. Responsibilities: * Manage the full cycle of commercial loan closings, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines * Utilize Laser Pro software to prepare and review loan documents, ensuring all necessary documentation is accurate and complete * Collaborate with loan officers, underwriters, and clients to gather required documentation and address any outstanding issues prior to closing * Conduct final reviews of loan files to ensure all conditions have been met before closing * Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, including title companies and attorneys, to schedule and facilitate loan closings * Monitor and track loan closings, providing regular updates to relevant parties throughout the process * Maintain detailed records of all transactions and ensure proper documentation is stored in compliance with company policies * Respond to inquiries from clients and internal teams regarding loan status and documentation requirements * Assist in resolving any post-closing issues or discrepancies
