Job Title: Laser Scanning Technician Job Description Work with project managers, clients, and other project stakeholders to plan scan operations. Travel to client sites throughout the USA and beyond to perform scanning and photogrammetry services (up to 50% travel). Utilize Trimble laser scanner to capture existing site data on primarily industrial sites. Process scan data utilizing Trimble Realworks to ensure accuracy and produce files for integration into project models and viewing platforms. Support drone scanning and photogrammetry services. Coordinate scan-to-BIM modeling based on cloud data. Maintain scanning equipment. Support BIM team with model coordination and initiatives. Quickly learn new tools and disseminate knowledge to others. Essential Skills + Experience with Trimble. + Experience with Revit, AutoCAD, or Navisworks. + Associate's degree in architecture or related field. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Commercial drone pilot license, or willingness to obtain, preferred. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $30.00/hr.
