LATAM IT Infrastructure Specialist

We are looking for a Senior Infrastructure and Datacenter Analyst to join our team, with focus on management of IT infrastructure.

Based in Sorocaba - Brazil, reporting to LATAM Infrastructure Manager, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining IT infrastructure, ensuring high availability, performance and security of systems and services.
 
You will be responsible for: 

• Manage and maintain datacenter infrastructure, including servers, networks, and storage systems.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot infrastructure issues.
• Implement and manage IT security policies.
• Plan and execute infrastructure projects, including upgrades and migrations.
• Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure efficient systems integration and operation.
• Document infrastructure processes and procedures.
• Manage and improve business continuity initiatives (DR,HA,Backup)
• Manage and maintain Databases (Oracle/SQL) and applications (Web/Docker)
 

Who are we looking for? 
We are looking for a professional with the following skills and motivations: 
• Complete higher education in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field
• Proven experience as a Senior Infrastructure and Datacenter Analyst (+5 years).
• In-depth knowledge of operating systems (Windows, Linux) and virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V).
• Experience with networks (LAN/WAN) and IT security.
• Experience with storage (SAN/NAS) and backup (CommVault and VEEAM) solutions.
• Knowledge of systems monitoring and management tools.
• Project management skills and ability to work in a team.
• English language intermidiate level (mandatory) 
• Spanish language intermidiate level (considered as a plus)
