We are looking for your talent, join our team and start your journey today! **Regional Manager, Total Rewards - LATAM** **Responsibilities:** + Partner with the Global Total Rewards COE to design and implement compensation and benefits programs that align with business goals and market trends. + Support transformation initiatives related to total rewards, ensuring they are data-driven, agile, and aligned with evolving business needs. + Collaborate with HR business partners and local leadership to align total rewards approaches and processes with the HR operating model and market best practices. + Execute multi-year plans that support total rewards transformation efforts across HR and the broader business. + Develop and deliver clear and concise communications regarding program changes. + Educate HRBPs, managers, and employees on policies, guidelines, and program updates. + Conduct ongoing market research to stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging strategies. + Benchmark programs against industry peers to ensure competitiveness and adjust as necessary. + Leverage knowledge of regional cultural and economic trends for LATAM to tailor Total Rewards strategies for the Latin American market. + Lead communication efforts around changes to total rewards programs + Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to compensation and benefits programs. + Partner with key vendors on benefits programs to ensure compliance and best practices. + Assist in the administration and communication of employee wellbeing and benefits initiatives, including supporting the annual benefit renewal process and reviewing plan options. + Utilize advanced data analytics tools and methodologies to guide decision-making and assess program effectiveness **Who are you:** + You are a strategic thinker, skilled at evaluating risks and benefits to make informed decisions. You have a passion for process improvement, whether through small enhancements or large-scale transformation. You leverage relationships across teams to share insights and gather feedback. You are an effective communicator who can present complex ideas clearly to diverse stakeholders, whether in one-on-one discussions, group settings, or board-level meetings. **Location:** + This role is ideally based in Mexico but offers hybrid/flexible work options. Candidates should be open to regular travel to company locations in the US and LATAM, (approximately 20% of time) **Requirements:** + Minimum of 7+ years of experience in total rewards + Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data. + Fluent in **English** and **Spanish** . + Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. + Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced, matrixed environment. + Strong organizational skills and the ability to remain composed under pressure. + Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and analytics tools. **Optional Requirements:** + Experience in a large, global company or in total rewards consulting. + Familiarity with Workday HCM. + Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred). + Proficiency in **Portuguese** is a plus. **Our Commitment to Our People** Across the globe, we are united by a singular Purpose: Sustainability is no small ambition.
