Job Description
We are currently looking for a skilled Lathe Machinist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for programming and operating Mazatrol controls on lathes, making one-off parts by interpreting blueprints and programming the machine accordingly. The machinist will handle parts that may be 10-14 inches in diameter, requiring the use of an overhead crane.

Work Environment
Hours: 1st shift from 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM, Monday to Friday, with additional hours on Saturday from 6:00 AM to 11:00 AM if required. Our new facility is equipped with machinery acquired from industry buyouts, creating a job shop environment filled with dies, presses, and welders. The workspace is loud and can be dirty. Uniforms are provided, with the company covering 50% of the cost of pants. Steel-toe boots and safety glasses are required.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $52000.00 - $52000.00

•\tFishing trip drawing (hrly shop ee). This is based on attendance in order to be in the drawing. Two trips per year for 5 employees

•\tWalking path around our ‘pond / small lake’ located at Plant # 3 facility
•\tSeminars / classes (to support job responsibilities)
•\tEmployee Referral Bonus – if we hire an employee’s referral and the new hire stays 6 months - $500.00 for employee. If the new hire stays 1 years = additional $500.00 (less taxes of course)
•\tSign on bonus – New hire stays 60 days = $100.00. If stays 6 months = $400.00 and if stays 1 year = $500.00 for a total of $1,000.00
