Summary: Seeking a CNC Lathe Machinist with expertise in operating Okuma machines and programming IGF for machining parts.

Requirements:

Experience with Okuma lathe machines Ability to program using IGF at the machine Knowledge of operating 2 & 4 axis parts, metals, and steel

Preferred Skills:

Familiarity with ITAR work regulations US Citizen or Green Card holder

Responsibilities:

Operate horizontal CNC and manual machines for part machining Load parts, cycle machines, and detect malfunctions such as worn tools Run production lots and maintain a clean work environment Follow tag system and quality procedures; complete inspection forms Maintain paperwork for parts and understand blueprint features before cutting Ensure calibrated gages are in good working order Use overhead crane for loading/unloading parts into the machine Perform general machine maintenance including changing coolant and oils

Pay Details: $35.00 to $40.00 per hour
