**Heavy Equipment Operator** Ultimate LLC is **immediately hiring a Lattice Boom Crane Operator** for a project in the **Lewisville, TX** area. The pay is **up to $37** per hour. All heavy crane operators are scheduled 40+ hours a week with ample overtime available. We are looking for skilled craftsmen to add to our team of dedicated, safe, productive, and proven craftsmen. Ultimate LLC provides **weekly pay** for all employees with no week in the hole and optional direct deposit. **Ultimate Job Duties** + Adequately operate a 130-ton lattice boom crane + Be familiar with and complete daily equipment inspection checklists + Perform daily maintenance procedures (i.e. note the service due date, check fluid levels and make sure the equipment to be used is in good running order) + Clean and maintain tools, jobsite, trucks and equipment + **US Army Corps of Engineers project- Long Project- Government Work** + **5+ years of experience operating a lattice boom crane** + **Must pass D.O.T. physical w/ eye exam** + **Must be NCCO certified for a lattice boom crane** **Ultimate Trade requirements** + 5+ years of Operating experience + Appropriate PPE (Hard hat, vest, steel toe boots) + Must have basic hand tools to perform trade + Ability to perform regular standing, bending and kneeling and lifting of up to 50 lbs without assistance + Drug Test Required + Background Check Required **Benefits of Working at Ultimate LLC?** + Weekly pay + Health Insurance + Dental and Vision Coverage + Referral bonus program + Pay increase based on quality of craftsmanship + Tool purchase Program + PPE Reimbursement Program + Paid OSHA training
