Provides Project Management on Engineering tasks that support LaunchesDefine, collect, and implement computer engineering customer requirements for projectsParticipate in discussions on component procedures and practices, and interface with other componentsIdentify and resolve a full range of complex computer engineering problemsMay support design of complex installations and configurations of software and hardware productsMay provide Hardware and Telecommunications support for Launch ProgramMay perform a variety of engineering analysis, software, hardware, or network development, integration, testing, and maintenance tasks for purposes of integrating hardware and software products into the customer environments or stand-alone networks.

Receives, tracks, and responds to problems reported by customers (e.g. problems impacting multiple users, such as a platform outage)Communicates with customers, IT service providers, and technical components to fully understand problemsResearches problems by accessing internal and external knowledge bases (vendor websites, internal engineering websites, and vendor documentation) and/or discussion with peersDevelops and recommends alternatives or long-term solutions to recurring problemsDefines, collects, and implements customer computer engineering requirements for multiple small and mid-scale projects or for a single large-scale projectDesigns and develops engineering solutions to meet customer requirements (e.g. to include writing, maintaining, testing, integrating, and implementing software, hardware, and associated documentation)Provides alternative design options to meet customer requirementsDetermines hardware and software componentsBuilds computing environment infrastructureDevelops procedures for installation of hardware, software, or network components

You’ll Bring These Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree and 5 years of experience or a minimum of 7 years of experienceSecurity+ and/or other DOD 8570 Certification (preferred)Previous project management experiencePrevious experience with request fulfillmentPrevious experience using an ITSM ticketing tool, such as ServiceNow or Remedy

Pay Range: There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:

$82,100 - 172,400 USD
