The Commercial Launch Lead shall: Set direction, inspire and develop a high performing cross functional team. Set the foundations & ensure launch excellence of assigned launch asset(s). Deliver an integrated launch plan including market leading strategic and operating priorities, and drive ambitious plans to optimize patient care. Effectively collaborate with global, region and LOC cross functional team to empower launch success. Key Responsibilities: You set the foundation for the cross-functional team to achieve launch excellence for an innovative biological treatment option: Leadership: Lead the cross-functional product team by providing a clear strategic vision, and by embedding a winning, growth mindset for the portfolio within the organization. Set foundations for launch excellence: Drive launch preparedness through cross-functional excellence to develop exceptional strategic and operational plans. Partner effectively with above-country teams to ensure launch preparedness, maximizing alignment with global strategy & launch guidance. Showcase exceptional planning, risk mindset and collaborative capabilities to effectively drive a bold and industry leading plan. Ensure targeting and segmentation is embedded into launch preparations. Operations and execution: Deliver an integrated launch plan in alignment with LOC and above country guidelines, the ethical code, and internal GSK policy. Lead the product team to drive digital omnichannel capabilities and novel AI technology. Ensure Advertising & Promotion (A&P) budgets are defined in close collaboration with the Finance Partner, Marketing Manager and Business Unit Head. Set challenging and outcome driven lead and lag indicators, with the appropriate follow-up. Insights & subject matter expertise: Continuously seek to interpret and embed customer, patient and market insights to identify opportunities and inform and drive actions. External focus Co-creation & implementation of collaborative projects – within the respective therapeutic area - together with our key external stakeholders to drive practice change at scale by addressing existing pain points in the COPD patient pathway in Belgium & Luxembourg Why you? Basic Qualifications: We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals: An innovative, open-minded and creative individual, with a challenger attitude able to adapt to a rapidly changing environment. Degree level: scientific bachelor/master or relevant experience, preferably in healthcare with 3+ working experiences in commercial pharmaceutical roles. Prior experience with a product launch, or significant experience with marketing, market access strategy, market research or forecasting is an extra asset. Strong team-oriented leadership behavior, excellent interpersonal skills, good at communication with the ability to influence, lead, negotiate and work effectively at all levels within a matrix environment. Strong presentation skills, demonstrating enthusiasm, strong initiative, and high sense of urgency. Strong project management, collaboration skills, and innovative thinking.
