Responsible for overall business related to Visteon customers Launch, Production, Engineering, and ongoing business working on cross-functional alignment & communication achieve key milestones for new programs working with peers in Product Development, Material and Logistics, Business Units P&L, Operations, and Finance in order to ensure the success of these programs.

Educational Background and Experience

Bachelor degree in Engineering English language proficiency (verbal & written) Proven experience in nuevo launches automotive industry programs Q1 knowledge as a must Experience leading teams or cross-functional projects Strong technical knowledge in electronics manufacturing Strong communication, presentation, and writing skills Project Management experience demonstrated strength in analytical thinking New Products Introduction experience Manage the development process and introduction of New Programs
_ Ensure all APQP/VPDS process requirements & procedures set out are followed
_ Mentoring the NM community about the measurables that conforms the VPDS launch process
_ Provide adequate follow up and management support to meet the Plant objectives
_ Drive manufacturing operational excellence
_ VQF F&T cost estimation for all New Programs
