RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage the execution of multiple new hospital site setups around the country Lead the site setup week for your assigned new hospital, ensuring all local VEGgies on site are working efficiently and effectively to guarantee a successful training process and opening day Partner with various teams across the business, including construction, facilities, regulatory, procurement + inventory, IT, and training to seamlessly plan the onsite execution of the site setup within the allotted project timeframe Direct local field teams onsite to ensure project setup success Communicate daily with project stakeholders on the status of the setup, flagging any potential issues in a timely manner Identify opportunities for process improvement and scalability Ensure you’re setting yourself and the hospital up for launch success by collaborating effectively with Project Managers and field leaders Special projects as needed

 

WHO YOU ARE

Exceptional communication skills, including writing, speaking, and active listening Ability to think outside the box under pressure Ability to multi-task in an ambiguous, fast-paced, high-stakes environment Ability to travel 70% of your time to new sites (including overnights + weekends) depending on the setup schedule. Ability to work autonomously when not traveling Reliable access to strong broadband internet connectivity Detailed understanding of veterinary or medical operations and workflow preferred Ability to work with cross-functional teams Good change management skills and resiliency in a fast-changing environment. A solution-oriented, open and collaborative mindset. Problem-solving and analytical skills Organizational, prioritization, and time management skills Advanced familiarity with business systems and productivity tools like Microsoft Office, G-Suite, Workplace, SmartSheet, Monday.com, and Trello Must be able to be on your feet for long periods of time and lift at least 30lbs of weight Experience within the medical or veterinary field is preferred but not required Bachelor’s Degree preferred

Pay Range: $80,000 - $95,000 annual salary Medical, Dental and Vision benefits beginning day 1 of employment! 401K with company match. 10 weeks of parental leave with 100% pay. Unlimited PTO.
