Support core operations and business cadence for launch planning activities, specifically non-commercial units, non-functional units, and design units management. This outstanding opportunity allows you to be at the forefront of our outstanding product management team.
Establish processes and tools to gather feedback and provide updates during key achievements.
b. Improve efficiency and effectiveness with established processes.
c. Incorporate Launch Planner’s feedback in reviewing process improvements and tools.
Conduct regular audits of non-commercial units demand throughout the launch planning and execution phase:
Manage and report on key updates and flags from each audit cycle.
b. Track any change requests or updates along with the status of each action item and report to Launch Planners and/or team members.
Planning and communications across various cross-functional teams will be pivotal to ensure flawless execution.
Your Role
As a Launch Program Manager, you will bring to bear your excellent project management skills to develop and complete:
Processes and tools for Launch Planning or equivalent experience.
b. Creation of SOT documents for global demand.
c. Regular audits of demand in the tool against SOT.
Crafting a summary of updates and flags.
e. Tracking change requests.
f. Action item resolution.
Metrics and Reports
You will coordinate program management and lead all aspects of NCU, NFU, and Design units demand, conducting demand checks as needed and troubleshooting any issues. Communicate with cross-functional teams to ensure a smooth launch execution.
Your Skills and Experience
We seek a proven Consumer Products Launch Manager with a track record of successfully implementing ambitious projects. Your experience in product management and ability to strictly determine priorities will be critical.
