Launch Representative I - SBS

**I. Job Summary**
The Launch Representative II is responsible for the execution of specific tasks within the implementation and/or de-implementation of new, renewing, or existing customers for Waste Management (SBS).
**II. Essential Duties and Responsibilities**
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Other minor duties may be assigned.
+ Validate services via vendor invoices, vendor calls/emails, and data exhibits
+ Setup customer/location service levels and enter service specification data into Waste Management systems (Acorn & MAS) for new customer implementations, contract renewals, existing customer projects, and de-implementations
+ Follow-up with vendors and locations to confirm schedule and delivery completion
+ Access, resolve or escalate customer/vendor service and billing requests and/or issues
+ Responsible for obtaining and tracking Vendor Schedule-A acceptances & rejections
+ All other duties as assigned

Normal setting for this job is: hybrid office setting in Windsor, CT.
The expected base pay range for this position across the U.S. is $22.00- $23.00/ hour. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific salary offered to a successful candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s relevant experience, education, training, certifications, qualifications, and work location.
