To strengthen our Patient Impact Maximization team, based at the HQ, in Brussels, Belgium or in Germany or in the UK we are looking for a talented individual to fill the position of: Launch Tracking & Reporting Lead.

 

The Launch Tracking & Reporting Lead provides an integrated E2E view of launch sequencing, pre-launch preparation and initial launch outcome* complimentary to country/regional performance reporting (i2i).

 

The Lead creates meaningful launch reporting and analytics to support Patient Impact to monitor progress and focus resources on the most impactful launch opportunities across UCB launch assets. The Lead supports countries/PIM/regions/SI Teams on analytics questions and adhoc reporting needs on launch issues/opportunities to enable decision-making.

 

What you’ll do

Engage with local launch teams and PIM Launch Readiness Team to ensure the launch tracking and reporting support the launch objectives and strategies for the launch assets, managing the relevant data sources into impactful reporting and analytics that support data driven decision making in launch preparation and initial follow up.Update launch sequence of portfolio per country incl G2M performance (TTA/ACP vs Plan vs Forecast) Countries at risk/on track/ahead, capacity planning where multiple launches at same time etc.Launch Activity Tracking: track activities and milestones prioritized by cross-functions and supporting readiness for launch.Asset pre-launch reporting: key external business aspects of our launch preparation incl market monitoring, asset awareness, UCB reputation, KOL early engagement.Initial launch performance monitoring & insights (i2i/Global Insights) that complements/supports the i2i/regions performance management and Launch Readiness Reviews.

 

For this role we’re looking for the following education, experience and skills

Bachelor’s degree.Business analytics, reporting & problem solving acumen – solid experience in descriptive reporting and automated solutions analytics in context of launch/G2M initiatives and in sync with other performance reporting.Internal Stakeholder Network & Management: Ability to build and nurture trustful relationships with key internal stakeholders re data, analytics strengthening the recycling of data sources and materials while driving also more consistency where it makes sense. Contribute to the reporting mid and long term data strategy.Communication & Facilitation: Ability to shape coherent, concise and impactful content and communications to enable continued capability building, optimization and standardization for key launch processes.Collaboration & Team Spirit: Can work effectively in partnership with others, demonstrating proactive and positive ways of working.
