Your Role Matters

As a Housekeeping Laundry Attendant, you’ll play an important role in delivering on Atrium’s promise of exceptional hospitality, as well as the success of the hotel while delivering memorable experiences for our guests. Your responsibilities will include:

Supporting Seamless Guest Experience: Deliver fresh linens to housekeeping staff in a timely manner and ensure all guest requests related to laundry are fulfilled promptly.Ensuring Fresh & High-Quality Linens: Operate washers and dryers to clean, press, and fold linens, towels, and other fabrics, ensuring they meet quality standards.  Following safety and sanitation procedures.Taking Ownership & Accountability: Track inventory levels, monitor linen usage, and ensure the laundry area remains clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies.Collaborate Across Departments: Work closely with the manager, maintenance, and front desk teams to report equipment malfunctions, low inventory, or as needed to ensure a seamless guest experience.Upholding Atrium’s SPIRIT Values: Service, Perseverance, Inclusion, Respect, Innovation, and Teamwork

Experience & Qualifications:

Required:

Physical: Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs; able to walk and stand for duration of shiftOther: Flexible to work day shift, early mornings, evenings, nights, weekends and holidays (as needed)

Preferred:

Education: High School Diploma or equivalentExperience: Previous hotel housekeeping laundry or applicable cleaning or laundry experience
