Job DescriptionResponsible for all laundry duties assigned including clothing garments and dining room linens.Use equipment and cleaning chemicals properly and safely.Monitor laundry supplies and report inventory to supervisor.Report any equipment irregularities to supervisor. General cleaning of resident apartments, hallways and other common areas.Assist in preparing empty apartments for resident move-ins.Ensure resident/guest satisfaction by responding quickly to needs and requests. You may be asked to help respond to resident emergencies.Maintain a positive and professional demeanor toward all residents, visitors and co-workers.QualificationsNo experience is required, but 6+ months of laundry or housekeeping experience is a plus.You enjoy removing stains and the smell of fresh, clean laundry. Must be able to work Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday every week.
