Our Team:

Four Seasons Hotel Austin is seeking a Laundry Manager to join our dynamic Rooms Team. We are looking for someone with excitement and dedication in serving our guests. Satisfying our guests depends on the united efforts of many, we are most effective when we work together cooperatively, respecting each other’s contribution and importance.

Your Job:

The Laundry Manager manages the team and controls the activities of the Laundry/Valet department assuring that all Rooms and F&B linen, guest clothing and employee uniforms are cleaned on a timely basis and in a cost-efficient manner.

About You:

High attention to detail and customer service skillsTwo to three years’ experience in Housekeeping, Laundry or another department in RoomsStrong business acumen, work ethic and communications skillsAbility to develop and grow employees into Supervisory and Management positionsAbility to speak in Spanish is a plusWork authorization in the United States
