Laundry Manager

Areas of Responsibilities: Manage the day-to-day operations of the laundry facility, ensuring efficient processing of linen and laundry for the facilities Lead and coordinate laundry staff, fostering a high-performance, team-driven culture Monitor and optimize laundry workflows, processes, and equipment use to meet operational targets Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, quality standards, and best practices Work closely with internal stakeholders to meet the laundry needs Manage the budget, resources, and inventory, ensuring cost-effectiveness Address any operational challenges, including troubleshooting equipment issues and improving processes Oversee staff training and development, ensuring a skilled and efficient workforce Key Requirements: Degree or Diploma in Business Management Working experience within an Engineering/Technical environment would be an advantage At least 3–5 years of general management experience in a factory, production, or healthcare environment Knowledge of process management, logistics, and supply chain operations Proven people management skills Previous experience with union relations is an advantage Proficiency in Microsoft Office A valid driver’s license and own reliable transport are essential
