**Company** Penn Medicine Home Health **Summary** **POSITION SUMMARY:** Supervises and controls flow of linens throughout department. **HOURS: Sunday 6A-230P / Monday-Thursday 2P-1030P. Off Friday and Saturday. Holidays as they fall on the days to work. Schedule is negotiable, but must work 1 weekend day.** **ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:** Qualified individuals must have the ability (with or without reasonable accommodation) to perform the following duties: + Supervise and control flow of linens throughout the department. + Establishes goals, objectives and priorities for day shift. + Records all linen issues on inventory sheets. + Prepares monthly usage reports. + Participates in the orientation, training and guidance of laundry personnel under his/her direction. **SECONDARY FUNCTIONS:** **The following duties are considered secondary to the primary duties listed above:** + Do evaluations, counseling and disciplinary actions for laundry personnel. + Prepare timesheets. + Record all linen usage and prepare monthly reports. **JOB REQUIREMENTS** **MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:** + HS diploma or equivalent (GED) + Five (5) years laundry experience **_Disclaimer:_** This job description is not intended and should not be construed to be an exhaustive list of all responsibilities, skills, efforts, or working conditions associated with the job.
