About the role

Four Seasons Hotel Westlake Village is seeking a Laundry Wash Attendant to join our dedicated and dynamic team! We are looking for an individual who is dedicated to providing exceptional quality and service to our guests and employees.

What you will do

Sorts used linens into appropriate categories for washing. Sorts out stained or torn linen.

Loads washing machines with the appropriate items for a load.  Weighs all loads and uses the appropriate amount and type of cleaning chemicals for each load.

Moves washed linens to dryers.  Assures that load size and drying time is correct given linen being dried.  Removes linen from driers and delivers it to appropriate area for folding.

Operates and maintains washing and drying equipment.  Reports any problems or deficiencies to manager.  Keeps laundry valet area organized and stocked with needed chemicals.

What you bring

Ability to read, write and speak English.

High school degree or equivalent experience preferred.

Six months to a year previous experience in laundry, dry cleaning or related field.

Knowledge of laundry dry cleaning equipment.

Heavy lifting and pushing required. >50 lbs

Successful candidate must possess legal work authorization in the United States
