Job Description We have a remote opening for a part-time (20 hrs/wk) Law Clerk to support the General Counsel at Ultra I&C. This role is ideal for a 2L looking to gain hands-on experience in in-house legal work, including processes, contract review and exposure to HR, Security, M&A, and corporate governance. You'll work closely with the C-Suite and Board, developing practical skills in a fast-paced environment. We’re looking for a detail-oriented, organized individual with strong discretion and the ability to manage multiple priorities.Assist in drafting, reviewing, and organizing legal documents, contracts, and correspondence.Conduct legal research related to government contracts, compliance regulations, and defense industry standards.Maintain and update legal files, databases, and records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.Support the preparation and submission of legal filings and reports.Coordinate with internal departments to gather information required for legal matters.Monitor deadlines and manage calendars for legal proceedings and compliance requirements.Assist in the review and management of non-disclosure agreements (NDAs), teaming agreements, and subcontractor agreements.Provide administrative support to the General Counsel, including scheduling meetings and preparing presentations.Working Location & Schedule:

Minimum of a second-year law student (2L) currently enrolled in an accredited law school.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and legal research tools.This position requires a "U.S. person," which includes U.S. citizens, lawful permanent residents, or individuals with refugee or asylee status.Preferred Qualifications and Skills:
Previous internship or law clerk experience government contracting environment, desired but not required.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.#IC
